Kelli is an occupational therapist, educator, consultant, and speaker with more than two decades of experience advancing pediatric practice through evidence-informed education, clinical innovation, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Her work bridges neuroscience, occupational therapy, developmental trauma, sensory integration, and visual processing, equipping professionals with practical strategies that can be implemented immediately in clinical, educational, and community settings. 

A dynamic presenter known for making complex concepts engaging and accessible, Kelli has delivered continuing education workshops, keynote presentations, retreats, and university lectures for occupational therapists, physical therapists, psychologists, educators, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. She has served as a guest lecturer for undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral programs and has presented for universities, school systems, healthcare organizations, early intervention programs, and regional and state conferences. 

Before transitioning to full-time consulting and education, Kelli founded and served as CEO and Clinical Director of Mini Miracles Pediatric Therapy, leading one of the region’s largest multidisciplinary pediatric therapy practices. Her leadership experience, combined with extensive clinical practice, allows her to connect research with real-world application in ways that resonate with both new and seasoned professionals. Kelli is passionate about translating her extensive experience in sensory integration, behavioral, psychosocial, and neurodevelopmental practice into meaningful, evidence-informed strategies that strengthen clinical reasoning and improve outcomes for children, families, and the professionals who serve them.
